Privacy Statement

New England Limo respects the privacy of every individual and understands that the privacy of the information provided to us is very important to you.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure a reservation and are non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled at the client’s request, the deposit is forfeited. Deposit amounts may vary depending on special events, holidays, or longer trips. Please contact us for more details.

Rates & Fees

Our standard rates are posted on our Rates page and may change at any time. Please review the Rates page for the most current information.

Rates may increase during popular holidays, or additional fees may apply for long trips. Larger deposits may be required for certain reservations.

Rental fees are typically hourly and begin at the first pick-up and end with the last drop-off. If a client is late, keeps the vehicle beyond the arranged time, or if the pick-up is outside the Boston, Massachusetts area, additional charges may apply.

The credit card on file will only be charged if needed to complete full payment for the reservation or to cover the cost of repairing damages. Damage fees may include the replacement cost of any item, delivery charges, and labor required to make repairs.

Terms & Conditions

Vehicles cannot be overloaded beyond their seating capacity.

Smoking cigars, cigarettes, pipes, vapes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, or any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

For airport pickups, passengers are required to meet the chauffeur at the designated pickup area unless otherwise instructed. If the passenger cannot locate the driver, please call New England Limo & Shuttles at +1 (617) 221-5466 immediately to coordinate pickup.

Waiting time charges apply after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged pickup time for non-airport or port pickups.

Child seats can be provided upon request. However, chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats. Parents or guardians must install them themselves.

Wait time fees apply for airport pickups beyond 30 minutes after domestic arrivals and 60 minutes after international arrivals. Seaport pickups include a 30-minute grace period.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive damage, burns, stains, or bodily fluids.

To maintain the highest standards of safety and service, select vehicles may be equipped with inward-facing video cameras. These cameras are used solely for safety oversight and quality assurance purposes. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and consent to this recording.

Cancellations

Sedans & SUVs

If canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the full amount will be charged, including a 10% gratuity.

Sprinter Vans

If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the full amount will be charged, including a 10% gratuity.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive informational SMS messages (such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications) from NEW ENGLAND LIMO & SHUTTLES. Message frequency may vary (up to 10 per week). Standard message and data rates may apply.
