New England Limo respects the privacy of every individual and understands that the privacy of the information provided to us is very important to you.
Deposits are required to secure a reservation and are non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled at the client’s request, the deposit is forfeited. Deposit amounts may vary depending on special events, holidays, or longer trips. Please contact us for more details.
- RATES & FEES
Our standard rates are posted on our Rates page and may change at any time. Please review the Rates page for the most current information.
- Rates may increase during popular holidays, or additional fees may apply for long trips.
- Larger deposits may be required for certain reservations.
Rental fees are typically hourly and begin at the first pick-up and end with the last drop-off. If a client is late, keeps the vehicle beyond the arranged time, or if the pick-up is outside the Boston, Massachusetts area, additional charges may apply.
The credit card on file will only be charged if needed to complete full payment for the reservation or to cover the cost of repairing damages. Damage fees may include the replacement cost of any item, delivery charges, and labor required to make repairs.
- CANCELLATIONS
All reservations confirmed online or by phone are considered binding agreements.
SEDANS & SUVS
If canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the full amount will be charged, including a 10% gratuity.
SPRINTER VANS
If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the full amount will be charged, including a 10% gratuity.
- MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
You agree to receive informational SMS messages (such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications) from NEW ENGLAND LIMO & SHUTTLES . Message frequency may vary (up to 10 per week). Standard message and data rates may apply.
